Ḥaggai 2:20

וַיְהִ֨י דְבַר־יְהוָ֤ה שֵׁנִית֙ אֶל־חַגַּ֔י בְּעֶשְׂרִ֧ים וְאַרְבָּעָ֛ה לַחֹ֖דֶשׁ לֵאמֹֽר׃

And the word of YHWH came a second time to Ḥaggai on the twenty-fourth of the month, saying,
