Ḥaggai 2:21

אֱמֹ֕ר אֶל־זְרֻבָּבֶ֥ל פַּֽחַת־יְהוּדָ֖ה לֵאמֹ֑ר אֲנִ֣י מַרְעִ֔ישׁ אֶת־הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וְאֶת־הָאָֽרֶץ׃

“Say to Zerubbavel, governor of Yehuda, saying: ‘I am shaking the heavens and the earth.
