1 Samuel 16:9

וַיַּעֲבֵ֥ר יִשַׁ֖י שַׁמָּ֑ה וַיֹּ֕אמֶר גַּם־בָּזֶ֖ה לֹא־בָחַ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃

And Yishai made Shamma pass by, and he said, “Neither has YHWH chosen this one.”
