Deuteronomy 14:10

וְכֹ֨ל אֲשֶׁ֧ר אֵֽין־לֹ֛ו סְנַפִּ֥יר וְקַשְׂקֶ֖שֶׂת לֹ֣א תֹאכֵ֑לוּ טָמֵ֥א ה֖וּא לָכֶֽם׃ ס

But everything that does not have fins and scales, you shall not eat; it is unclean to you.
