Isaiah 9:10 (Isaiah 9:11)

וַיְשַׂגֵּ֧ב יְהוָ֛ה אֶת־צָרֵ֥י רְצִ֖ין עָלָ֑יו וְאֶת־אֹיְבָ֖יו יְסַכְסֵֽךְ׃

And YHWH raised up the adversaries of Retsin against him, and his enemies He will stir up.
