Isaiah 13:3

אֲנִ֥י צִוֵּ֖יתִי לִמְקֻדָּשָׁ֑י גַּ֣ם קָרָ֤אתִי גִבֹּורַי֙ לְאַפִּ֔י עַלִּיזֵ֖י גַּאֲוָתִֽי׃

I have commanded My consecrated ones, I have also called My mighty ones for My anger, My proudly exulting ones.
