Isaiah 31:5

כְּצִפֳּרִ֣ים עָפֹ֔ות כֵּ֗ן יָגֵ֛ן יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות עַל־יְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם גָּנֹ֥ון וְהִצִּ֖יל פָּסֹ֥חַ וְהִמְלִֽיט׃

Like birds flying, so will YHWH of Hosts shield Yerushalayim, shielding and rescuing, passing over and delivering.
