Habakkuk 1:17

הַ֥עַל כֵּ֖ן יָרִ֣יק חֶרְמֹ֑ו וְתָמִ֛יד לַהֲרֹ֥ג גֹּויִ֖ם לֹ֥א יַחְמֹֽול׃ ס

Shall he therefore empty his net, and continually slay nations without sparing?
