Joshua 15:15

וַיַּ֣עַל מִשָּׁ֔ם אֶל־יֹשְׁבֵ֖י דְּבִ֑ר וְשֵׁם־דְּבִ֥ר לְפָנִ֖ים קִרְיַת־סֵֽפֶר׃

And he went up from there to the inhabitants of Devir, and the name of Devir formerly was Qiryat-Sefer.
