Exodus 35:30

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר מֹשֶׁה֙ אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל רְא֛וּ קָרָ֥א יְהוָ֖ה בְּשֵׁ֑ם בְּצַלְאֵ֛ל בֶּן־אוּרִ֥י בֶן־ח֖וּר לְמַטֵּ֥ה יְהוּדָֽה׃

Moshe said to the children of Yisra’el, “See, YHWH has called by name Betsal’el, the son of Uri, the son of Ḥur, of the tribe of Yehuda.
