Exodus 35:31

וַיְמַלֵּ֥א אֹתֹ֖ו ר֣וּחַ אֱלֹהִ֑ים בְּחָכְמָ֛ה בִּתְבוּנָ֥ה וּבְדַ֖עַת וּבְכָל־מְלָאכָֽה׃

And He filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.
