Leviticus 3:16

וְהִקְטִירָ֥ם הַכֹּהֵ֖ן הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חָה לֶ֤חֶם אִשֶּׁה֙ לְרֵ֣יחַ נִיחֹ֔חַ כָּל־חֵ֖לֶב לַיהוָֽה׃

And the priest shall burn them on the altar as food, an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma. All the fat is for YHWH.
