Deuteronomy 28:30

אִשָּׁ֣ה תְאָרֵ֗שׂ וְאִ֤ישׁ אַחֵר֙ יִשְׁכָּבֶ֣נָּה בַּ֥יִת תִּבְנֶ֖ה וְלֹא־תֵשֵׁ֣ב בֹּ֑ו כֶּ֥רֶם תִּטַּ֖ע וְלֹ֥א תְחַלְּלֶֽנּוּ׃

You will betroth a wife, but another man will lie with her; you will build a house, but you will not dwell in it; you will plant a vineyard, but you will not enjoy its fruit.
