Hosea 2:3 (Hosea 2:1)

אִמְר֥וּ לַאֲחֵיכֶ֖ם עַמִּ֑י וְלַאֲחֹֽותֵיכֶ֖ם רֻחָֽמָה׃

Say to your brothers, “My people,” and to your sisters, “Ruḥama (Shown mercy).”
