Judges 5:5

הָרִ֥ים נָזְל֖וּ מִפְּנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה זֶ֣ה סִינַ֔י מִפְּנֵ֕י יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

The mountains flowed before YHWH, this is Sinai, before YHWH, the God of Yisraʾel.
