1 Samuel 3:11

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֶל־שְׁמוּאֵ֔ל הִנֵּ֧ה אָנֹכִ֛י עֹשֶׂ֥ה דָבָ֖ר בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אֲשֶׁר֙ כָּל־שֹׁ֣מְעֹ֔ו תְּצִלֶּ֖ינָה שְׁתֵּ֥י אָזְנָֽיו׃

And YHWH said to Shemuʾel, “Behold, I am doing a thing in Yisraʾel, at which the ears of everyone who hears it shall tingle.
