2 Kings 23:1

וַיִּשְׁלַ֖ח הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַיַּאַסְפ֣וּ אֵלָ֔יו כָּל־זִקְנֵ֥י יְהוּדָ֖ה וִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃

And the king sent, and they gathered to him all the elders of Yehuda and Yerushalayim.
