Isaiah 18:1

הֹ֥וי אֶ֖רֶץ צִלְצַ֣ל כְּנָפָ֑יִם אֲשֶׁ֥ר מֵעֵ֖בֶר לְנַֽהֲרֵי־כֽוּשׁ׃

Woe, land of the whirring wings, which is beyond the rivers of Kush,
