Habakkuk 1:7

אָיֹ֥ם וְנֹורָ֖א ה֑וּא מִמֶּ֕נּוּ מִשְׁפָּטֹ֥ו וּשְׂאֵתֹ֖ו יֵצֵֽא׃

Fearsome and terrible is he from him his justice and his exaltation go out.
