Deuteronomy 1:5

בְּעֵ֥בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מֹואָ֑ב הֹואִ֣יל מֹשֶׁ֔ה בֵּאֵ֛ר אֶת־הַתֹּורָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את לֵאמֹֽר׃

Beyond the Yarden, in the land of Moʾav, Moshe began to explain this Torah, saying,
