Deuteronomy 7:14

בָּר֥וּךְ תִּֽהְיֶ֖ה מִכָּל־הָעַמִּ֑ים לֹא־יִהְיֶ֥ה בְךָ֛ עָקָ֥ר וַֽעֲקָרָ֖ה וּבִבְהֶמְתֶּֽךָ׃

You will be blessed above all peoples; there will not be among you a barren man or a barren woman, or among your livestock.
