Exodus 18:15

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה לְחֹתְנֹ֑ו כִּֽי־יָבֹ֥א אֵלַ֛י הָעָ֖ם לִדְרֹ֥שׁ אֱלֹהִֽים׃

And Moshe said to his father-in-law, “Because the people come to me to seek God.”
