Ezekiel 1:25

וַיְהִי־קֹ֕ול מֵעַ֕ל לָרָקִ֖יעַ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־רֹאשָׁ֑ם בְּעָמְדָ֖ם תְּרַפֶּ֥ינָה כַנְפֵיהֶֽן׃

And there was a sound from above the expanse that was over their heads; when they stood still, they let down their wings.
