Jeremiah 9:10 (Jeremiah 9:11)

וְנָתַתִּ֧י אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלִַ֛ם לְגַלִּ֖ים מְעֹ֣ון תַּנִּ֑ים וְאֶת־עָרֵ֧י יְהוּדָ֛ה אֶתֵּ֥ן שְׁמָמָ֖ה מִבְּלִ֖י יֹושֵֽׁב׃ ס

And I will make Yerushalayim heaps, a dwelling of jackals, and the cities of Yehuda I will make a desolation, without inhabitant.
