Numbers 35:16

וְאִם־בִּכְלִ֨י בַרְזֶ֧ל הִכָּ֛הוּ וַיָּמֹ֖ת רֹצֵ֣חַֽ ה֑וּא מֹ֥ות יוּמַ֖ת הָרֹצֵֽחַ׃

But if he struck him with an iron implement and he died, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death.
