1 Kings 8:49

וְשָׁמַעְתָּ֤ הַשָּׁמַ֨יִם֙ מְכֹ֣ון שִׁבְתְּךָ֔ אֶת־תְּפִלָּתָ֖ם וְאֶת־תְּחִנָּתָ֑ם וְעָשִׂ֖יתָ מִשְׁפָּטָֽם׃

then You shall hear in the heavens, the established place of Your dwelling, their prayer and their supplication, and You shall execute their judgment,
