Deuteronomy 19:16

כִּֽי־יָק֥וּם עֵד־חָמָ֖ס בְּאִ֑ישׁ לַעֲנֹ֥ות בֹּ֖ו סָרָֽה׃

If a false witness rises against a man to testify against him regarding wrongdoing,
