Judges 1:17

וַיֵּ֤לֶךְ יְהוּדָה֙ אֶת־שִׁמְעֹ֣ון אָחִ֔יו וַיַּכּ֕וּ אֶת־הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֖י יֹושֵׁ֣ב צְפַ֑ת וַיַּחֲרִ֣ימוּ אֹותָ֔הּ וַיִּקְרָ֥א אֶת־שֵׁם־הָעִ֖יר חָרְמָֽה׃

And Yehuda went with Shimʿon his brother, and they struck the Kenaʿani who dwelled in Tzafat, and they devoted it to destruction, and they called the name of the city Ḥorma.
