2 Kings 19:31

כִּ֤י מִירוּשָׁלִַ֨ם֙ תֵּצֵ֣א שְׁאֵרִ֔ית וּפְלֵיטָ֖ה מֵהַ֣ר צִיֹּ֑ון קִנְאַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה תַּֽעֲשֶׂה־זֹּֽאת׃ ס

For from Yerushalayim a remnant shall go out, and an escapee from Mount Tsiyon; the zeal of YHWH will do this.
