2 Kings 21:10

וַיְדַבֵּ֧ר יְהוָ֛ה בְּיַד־עֲבָדָ֥יו הַנְּבִיאִ֖ים לֵאמֹֽר׃

And YHWH spoke by the hand of His servants the prophets, saying,
