Psalm 41:10 (Psalm 41:9)

גַּם־אִ֤ישׁ שְׁלֹומִ֨י אֲשֶׁר־בָּטַ֣חְתִּי בֹ֭ו אֹוכֵ֣ל לַחְמִ֑י הִגְדִּ֖יל עָלַ֣י עָקֵֽב׃

Also a man of my peace, in whom I trusted, eating my bread, has made great against me a heel.
