Psalm 59:7 (Psalm 59:6)

יָשׁ֣וּבוּ לָ֭עֶרֶב יֶהֱמ֥וּ כַכָּ֗לֶב וִיסֹ֥ובְבוּ עִֽיר׃

They return at evening, they growl like the dog, and they go around the city.
