Isaiah 13:7

עַל־כֵּ֖ן כָּל־יָדַ֣יִם תִּרְפֶּ֑ינָה וְכָל־לְבַ֥ב אֱנֹ֖ושׁ יִמָּֽס׃

Therefore all hands shall grow weak, and every human heart shall melt.
