Isaiah 16:2

וְהָיָ֥ה כְעֹוף־נֹודֵ֖ד קֵ֣ן מְשֻׁלָּ֑ח תִּֽהְיֶ֨ינָה֙ בְּנֹ֣ות מֹואָ֔ב מַעְבָּרֹ֖ת לְאַרְנֹֽון׃

And it shall be like a wandering bird, a nest cast out, so shall the daughters of Moʾav be at the fords of Arnon.
