Isaiah 16:3

הביאו עֵצָה֙ עֲשׂ֣וּ פְלִילָ֔ה שִׁ֧יתִי כַלַּ֛יִל צִלֵּ֖ךְ בְּתֹ֣וךְ צָהֳרָ֑יִם סַתְּרִי֙ נִדָּחִ֔ים נֹדֵ֖ד אַל־תְּגַלִּֽי׃

Bring counsel, execute judgment; make your shadow like the night in the midst of noonday; hide the outcasts, do not reveal the fugitive.
