Isaiah 52:1

עוּרִ֥י עוּרִ֛י לִבְשִׁ֥י עֻזֵּ֖ךְ צִיֹּ֑ון לִבְשִׁ֣י בִּגְדֵ֣י תִפְאַרְתֵּ֗ךְ יְרוּשָׁלִַ֨ם֙ עִ֣יר הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ כִּ֣י לֹ֥א יֹוסִ֛יף יָבֹא־בָ֥ךְ עֹ֖וד עָרֵ֥ל וְטָמֵֽא׃

Awake, awake, put on your strength, Tsiyyon! Put on your garments of splendor, Yerushalayim, holy city! For never again shall the uncircumcised and the unclean enter you.
