Habakkuk 3:1

תְּפִלָּ֖ה לַחֲבַקּ֣וּק הַנָּבִ֑יא עַ֖ל שִׁגְיֹנֹֽות׃

A prayer of Ḥavaqquq the prophet, upon Shigyonot.
