Habakkuk 3:4

וְנֹ֨גַהּ֙ כָּאֹ֣ור תִּֽהְיֶ֔ה קַרְנַ֥יִם מִיָּדֹ֖ו לֹ֑ו וְשָׁ֖ם חֶבְיֹ֥ון עֻזֹּֽה׃

And brightness shall be like the light; rays from His hand are His, and there His power is concealed.
