Malachi 1:1

מַשָּׂ֥א דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בְּיַ֖ד מַלְאָכִֽי׃

An oracle of the word of YHWH to Yisraʾel by the hand of Malʾakhi.
