Deuteronomy 19:13

לֹא־תָחֹ֥וס עֵֽינְךָ֖ עָלָ֑יו וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֧ דַֽם־הַנָּקִ֛י מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֖ל וְטֹ֥וב לָֽךְ׃ ס

Your eye shall not pity him, but you shall purge the innocent blood from Yisraʾel, and it shall be well with you.
