Deuteronomy 27:2

וְהָיָ֗ה בַּיֹּום֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּעַבְר֣וּ אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּן֒ אֶל־הָאָ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ נֹתֵ֣ן לָ֑ךְ וַהֲקֵמֹתָ֤ לְךָ֙ אֲבָנִ֣ים גְּדֹלֹ֔ות וְשַׂדְתָּ֥ אֹתָ֖ם בַּשִּֽׂיד׃

And it shall be on the day when you cross over the Yarden to the land that YHWH your God is giving you, you shall set up for yourself great stones and coat them with plaster.
