Deuteronomy 34:3

וְאֶת־הַנֶּ֗גֶב וְֽאֶת־הַכִּכָּ֞ר בִּקְעַ֧ת יְרֵחֹ֛ו עִ֥יר הַתְּמָרִ֖ים עַד־צֹֽעַר׃

And the Negev, and the plain, the valley of Yeriḥo, the city of palm trees, as far as Tsoʿar.
