Exodus 28:36

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ צִּ֖יץ זָהָ֣ב טָהֹ֑ור וּפִתַּחְתָּ֤ עָלָיו֙ פִּתּוּחֵ֣י חֹתָ֔ם קֹ֖דֶשׁ לַֽיהוָֽה׃

And you shall make a plate of pure gold and engrave on it, like the engraving of a signet, “Holy to YHWH.”
