Exodus 39:23

וּפִֽי־הַמְּעִ֥יל בְּתֹוכֹ֖ו כְּפִ֣י תַחְרָ֑א שָׂפָ֥ה לְפִ֛יו סָבִ֖יב לֹ֥א יִקָּרֵֽעַ׃

And the opening of the robe within it was like the opening of a coat of mail, with a binding around its opening, so that it would not tear.
