Exodus 8:28 (Exodus 8:32)

וַיַּכְבֵּ֤ד פַּרְעֹה֙ אֶת־לִבֹּ֔ו גַּ֖ם בַּפַּ֣עַם הַזֹּ֑את וְלֹ֥א שִׁלַּ֖ח אֶת־הָעָֽם׃

And Parʿo hardened his heart even this time, and he did not send the people.
