Ezekiel 13:16

נְבִיאֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל הַֽנִבְּאִים֙ אֶל־יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם וְהַחֹזִ֥ים לָ֖הּ חֲזֹ֣ון שָׁלֹ֑ם וְאֵ֣ין שָׁלֹ֔ם נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהֹוִֽה׃ פ

The prophets of Yisraʾel who prophesy concerning Yerushalayim and who see for her a vision of peace, when there is no peace,’ declares the Lord YHWH.
