Ezekiel 22:6

הִנֵּה֙ נְשִׂיאֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אִ֥ישׁ לִזְרֹעֹ֖ו הָ֣יוּ בָ֑ךְ לְמַ֖עַן שְׁפָךְ־דָּֽם׃

Behold, the princes of Yisraʾel, each by his arm, were in you for the sake of shedding blood.
