Judges 1:30

זְבוּלֻ֗ן לֹ֤א הֹורִישׁ֙ אֶת־יֹושְׁבֵ֣י קִטְרֹ֔ון וְאֶת־יֹושְׁבֵ֖י נַהֲלֹ֑ל וַיֵּ֤שֶׁב הַֽכְּנַעֲנִי֙ בְּקִרְבֹּ֔ו וַיִּֽהְי֖וּ לָמַֽס׃ ס

Zevulun did not drive out the inhabitants of Qitron nor the inhabitants of Nahalol, and the Kenaʿani dwelled among them and became forced labor.
