Judges 1:34

וַיִּלְחֲצ֧וּ הָאֱמֹרִ֛י אֶת־בְּנֵי־דָ֖ן הָהָ֑רָה כִּי־לֹ֥א נְתָנֹ֖ו לָרֶ֥דֶת לָעֵֽמֶק׃

And the Emori pressed the sons of Dan into the hill country, for they did not allow them to come down into the valley.
