Jeremiah 4:23

רָאִ֨יתִי֙ אֶת־הָאָ֔רֶץ וְהִנֵּה־תֹ֖הוּ וָבֹ֑הוּ וְאֶל־הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וְאֵ֥ין אֹורָֽם׃

I saw the land, and behold, it was formless and void; and to the heavens, and there was no light.
